The Texas Blind Snake is a smooth, shiny

snake with a brownish-red, pink or tan color.

Its eye is completily black with a scale

covering it. The Texas Blind snakeĀ is a

non-venomous snake. Its habitat is normally

prairies, deserts, hilltops, or sandy areas.
