Short description: broad headed, triangular headed, stout, keeled scales, rattle on tail, vertical pupils

General description:

The Lower California Rattlesnake, also called

the Baja Rattlesnake, Is a highly venomous snake.

It is not found in the United States, but in the lower

part of California ( Baja California). The Lower

California Rattlesnakes varies in color from greyish,

yellowish, or brown, with light brown splotches on its

back, with a black outline around it.
