Pine Woods Snake
Pine Woods Snake ~ Rhadinaea flavilata
- Adult body length: 10-15 inches
- Body length at birth: 2 – 5
- Breeding period: May to August
- Young per year: 2 – 4 young per year
- Typical foods: frogs and lizzards
The Pine Woods Snake is a non-venomous snake.
Its color varies from a golden to a reddish brown.
These snakes are usually one foot. It normally hide
in logs and stumps. When threatened, it normaly
flees in to hiding. It usually will not bite a human.
